The Highfill Police Department is a progressive, community-oriented agency with a focus on proactive and progressive law enforcement. Established in 2007, HPD has grown from a one-person department to now having 5 full-time Officers and 7 Part-Time Officers.
Highfill is centered in Western Benton County. HPD has notoriously been able to provide mutual aid to its local law enforcement agencies quicker than most in times of need. HPD has always been centered on a community-first thought process. Being a small agency that provides safety and security to a rural community, the motto Honor, Integrity, Community rings true with each department member daily.
HPD has implemented advanced technology such as Electronic Ticketing, in-car computer-aided dispatch systems, and Body-worn Cameras. HPD will continue to provide the highest level of service as it protects one of the fastest-growing communities in Northwest Arkansas.

Honor, Integrity, Community
To serve and protect our community with honor and integrity, fostering trust and cooperation between law enforcement and the citizens we serve.

Chief of Police
I began my career in Law Enforcement here in the City of Highfill in 2008, and it is a great honor to serve the citizens of our community as Police Chief. My career in emergency services has always been rooted in Highfill. At 18 years old, I began as a Volunteer Firefighter, and I grew to love this community and its people.
I strive to provide the best opportunity for our Department by providing the best equipment, training, and resources for our employees. I am truly inspired by the opportunities HPD has that impact public safety in our local area.
My goal is to provide the highest level of professional Law Enforcement services to the City of Highfill and ensure it is a safe community where people want to live, work, and visit.
The Highfill Police Department currently consists of:

The Highfill Police Department covers the corporate city limits, which include:
HPD provides 24-hour police coverage, 365 days a year. We are committed to proactive law enforcement, community engagement, and building strong relationships with the citizens we serve.
HPD established the Benton County municipal mutual aid program, S.T.A.T. (Small. Town. Apprehension. Team.). This allows our local agencies to assist each other when needed through mutual aid agreements and the sharing of resources in accordance with state law.
